LaneLight Solar Powered LED-Enhanced Signs deliver an environmentally-friendly solution to enhance traffic safety. They can be installed quickly and easily on existing sign posts to boost visibility, improve driver response, and reduce traffic accidents.
LED enhanced warning systems have been proven to be more effective in slowing down traffic than traditional, static signs; they are able to capture the attention of distracted drivers, improve roadway safety, and prevent vehicular casualties.

LaneLight Solar Powered LED-Enhanced Signage offers maximum flexibility suited to the given application. It is a low maintenance, high durability product which requires minimal upkeep and replacement, and because it runs on solar power, LaneLight is eco-friendly. All LaneLight Solar Powered signs are MUTCD compliant.
These signs can be configured to run 24/7, on a set schedule, or on a passive activation which uses a camera to initiate the system when a vehicle approaches. The optional radar sensor can be mounted on the pole to detect the presence of oncoming traffic. When detected, it sends an activation signal to the MK10 system controller. This, in turn, activates the LED on the sign. The LaneLight control cabinet is designed specifically for this feature.
Options for this innovative signage system include:
Standard/Regulatory Signs such as Stop, Yield, No Left Turn, Do Not Enter, etc. These signs install easily on any new or existing sign post and can be configured to activate constantly, on a schedule, or via radar detection.
Warning Signs such as Pedestrian Crossing, School Zone Crossings, Chevrons, Curve Signs, etc.
Emergency Responder Warning System: These are designed for use near fire stations, police stations and hospitals, to be activated when rapid-response vehicles are deployed. This innovative system provides notification to traffic when an emergency vehicle is entering or exiting a station. It can be activated remotely from the base station mounted in the building or with an optional key fob. Either way, the results are safer: reduced response times, lower risks, effective coordination, and more successful emergency interventions.
